Established in 2022, Koperasi Farmasi Pulau Pinang Berhad (KFPPB) serves as a premier digital procurement platform and distributor for pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals across Malaysia. Now supporting over 50 active members, we empower local healthcare SMEs through supply chain efficiency and our proprietary house brand, CoRx—which boasts a successful portfolio including Probio-Z (2023), Insulwell complete nutrition drink (2025), and an expanding pipeline of registered healthcare products. As we scale nationwide toward a 1,000-member network, KFPPB is establishing a centralized wholesale center to drive superior economic growth and medical care outcomes.

Our Analytical Approach

To achieve a growth rate of 30% in the first 5 years, KFPPB as a business distributions centre seek to set up our service throughout West Malaysia which may cover Perak, Selangor, Melaka, Kedah, Negeri Sembilan and Johor. In 2023, we estimate to achieve a RM2,500,000 revenue with RM500,000 gross profit and RM100,000 net profit. After further expanding our koperasi, we estimate to achieve a RM10,000,000 in revenue with gross profit of RM2,000,000 and a net profit of RM400,000 in the next 5 years. Our goal is to achieve a 10% Return on Investment (ROI) every year. The profit of our corporate would be divided into reinvestment (50%) and also dividend (50%) to our KFPPB members.
